Dive into the world of fused glass with Sharon Whelton. Use a flame to bend and shape stringers (think glass spaghetti) into fun doodles and arrange them onto glass squares to be fused into a fun set of coasters. In this class we’ll learn general warm-glass rules and discuss color reactions in fusing that can either be avoided or used as design elements. Sharon will then fire the pieces in her kiln, and your coaster set will be ready to pick up in a week or two.
